Ingredients
Hawaiian Banana Bread Kit
Smashed Ripe Apple Banana, 1 Cup
Unsalted Butter, 1 Stick
Large Eggs, 4 Eggs
Maika`i Freeze-Dried Kona Coffee, 1 Teaspoon
Chocolate Chips, 1/2 Cup
Maika`i Original Coconut Chips, 1/4 Cup
Maika`i Roasted Mac Nut, 1/4 Cup
Directions

Ingredients

  • Hawaiian Banana Bread Kit
  • 1 cup smashed ripe apple banana (as instructed by kit)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted (as instructed by kit)
  • 4 large eggs (as instructed by kit)
  • 1 teaspoon Maika1i Freeze Dried Kona Coffee

Optional

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Maika`i Original Coconut Chips
  • 1/4 cup Maika`i Roasted Mac Nut, chopped

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix in mashed bananas and eggs.
  3. Add melted butter while whisking.
  4. Add the kit ingredients and stir well.
  5. Fold in coconut chips and half the amount of the chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts (optional).
  6. Pour into a greased 8" x 8" pan, speading evenly. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and macadamia nuts on top (optional).
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
